Brendan Tegethoff

BIO
My name is Brendan Tegethoff, and I have wanted to be an editor virtually my whole life. I recently graduated from Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media at DePaul University with a 3.7 GPA and a BFA in Film and Television with an editing concentration. I have been working on my portfolio since as early as 2018, and I am very excited to work on larger and more challenging projects!
I began taking editing seriously my Junior year of high school. Work I would do for my friends and for the few school film projects I was able to work on shaped my decision to pursue it as a career, and enroll at DePaul as a film student with a concentration on editing. Since being a student at DePaul, I have formed many connections with likeminded students, and worked on professional-level projects with others. I have established credits as a VFX artist, colorist, and sound designer on projects, in addition to editing primarily. My native software is actually Final Cut Pro X, however, I have vast experience with all Adobe and Avid products, NukeX, DaVinci, and more.
